The Küsnacht school offers lunch, day, and holiday care for around 1,000 children from 1st kindergarten to 6th grade in four school-complementary care facilities (KICK). The children are cared for during non-teaching times and school holidays.
The KICK Village cares for around 120 children. Due to the retirement of our long-standing position holder, we are looking for a new
Care Management 85%
Your tasks
- Educational, operational, and personnel management of the KICK Village operation
- Operational quality assurance and further development of the KICK operation
- Budget responsibility for the care operation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the school administration, school principals, school social work, and other school cooperation partners as well as the personnel service
- Occasional deputy care assignments in case of staff shortages in your own care operation
- Communication with parents and internal departments
- Recruitment of employees in cooperation with the personnel service
Your profile
- Recognized training in the social-pedagogical professional segment (for applications with a foreign diploma/certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be enclosed)
- Proven leadership skills with motivation and assertiveness as well as a clear and appreciative leadership style
- Motivated, open, humorous, resilient personality with a positive view of people and joy in dealing with children and parents
- Flexibility and independence as well as good team and communication skills
- Organizational talent and good IT skills
- Confident and fluent expression in spoken and written language. Foreign language skills are an advantage
