Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF - Nursing and Care Staff 70 % Our fundamental idea: A tree that is transplanted in its last stage of life needs particularly much care and affection to bloom again. It is similar with people. Therefore, the quality of life of our residents is at the center of our work. Your tasks:

Quality of care is central - you help to keep the concepts in the area of care and support up to date, to further develop them, and to solidify them in the care teams. Good IT (easyDOK/RAI LTCF) and German language skills are prerequisites.
- Teamwork is our foundation - you promote team development in care in your position.
- We work interdisciplinary - you have organizational skills and work closely with our internal areas and external partners.
- Expanding horizons is important to you - you are responsible for planning and organizing training and continuing education offers.
- Development is fun for you - you assist the management of care and support with various tasks and projects to further develop and ensure the general quality standards in the Homburg nursing and care home. We offer:
