Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing
Activities
- Setting up, operating and optimizing plastic injection molding machines including peripheral equipment
- Conversion and installation as well as maintenance of injection molding tools
- Conducting sampling and evaluation of new tools
- Ensuring on-time and quality-compliant production
- Participation in day and afternoon shift operations
- Participation in lean and continuous improvement (KVP) projects for continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Training as a plastics technologist, plastics practitioner or comparable technical training
- Several years of experience in plastic injection molding technology
- Independent and reliable working style
- Experience in a production environment with high quality requirements
- Interest in lean methods and continuous improvement (KVP)
