Head of Green Area / Garden Center (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• Responsible for the entire green department as well as indoor plants
• Proper care and seasonal presentation of plants, active sales promotion
• Responsible for purchasing goods, goods receipt, and quality control
• Friendly and knowledgeable advice and service to our customers
• Seasonal assistance in other areas of the LANDI store including inventory management
• Cash register operation (TCPOS) including accounting

• Very good knowledge in the green area, completed training in garden plants is an advantage
• Very good oral and written communication in German and solid PC skills are required
• Willingness to take responsibility, reliable, proactive, and resilient
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and understanding customer wishes
• Flexibility, commitment, and strong teamwork skills
