Within our Brand Communication entity, as part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a regional communication project coordinator to manage the various regional communication campaigns and actions related to our Vaudoise agencies. (Fixed-term contract from July 2026 to February 2027).
The tasks awaiting you:
- Implement and monitor the regional communication plan, particularly for German-speaking Switzerland
- Deploy regional communication actions in line with the brand strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for the creation and dissemination of campaigns
- Support the Vaudoise agencies in their communication needs and respond to their requests
- Ensure the smooth running of projects and respect deadlines
Your profile:
- Native (Swiss) German or French speaker, with perfect mastery of the other language (minimum C1), Italian is a plus
- Higher education with specialization in communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, within an agency or advertiser
- You have a good knowledge of the media and social media environment in general and are up to date with the latest trends in your field
You are a dynamic and curious person who communicates clearly. You have a very good overview of the tasks to be accomplished, excellent prioritization skills, and ease in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
