To strengthen our dementia team, we are looking for you as
Healthcare Professional Dementia Sector (80-100%)
What awaits you:
- Day shifts from Monday to Friday including public holidays
- Support for our clients and their relatives in dealing with dementia illnesses
- Independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients with dementia illnesses in their familiar living environment
- Key worker care in an individually adapted setting
- Support of the qualified nurse HF in case responsibility for a certain number of clients
- Active participation in the care process
- Promotion of the independence and quality of life of our clients
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors and other professionals
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training as a healthcare professional EFZ
- Professional experience in working with people with dementia or in the field of gerontopsychiatry
- Very good oral and written German skills
- High sensitivity and empathy
- An independent, responsible way of working
- Flexibility and initiative
- Willingness to travel by car
