As an established industrial company with an international customer base, our client is also known beyond national borders. To strengthen the internal IT department, a capable Systems Technician / IT Coordinator is sought.
- Installation of Windows clients and programmes using Microsoft SCCM/Intune
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of application issues during ongoing operations
- Setup, maintenance and servicing of IT workstations as well as the associated IT infrastructure
- Planning and coordination in collaboration with external service providers
- Support of IT projects
- Coordination of IT tasks at all Swiss locations
- Extensive experience in the administration of Windows clients as well as in the IT infrastructure area
- Experience in managing staff is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and pronounced service orientation
- Resilient and stress-resistant personality
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- High degree of independence

Profile
- Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification- Extensive experience in the administration of Windows clients as well as in the IT infrastructure area

- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
