Group Leader / Work Educator
Manufacturing - Production | Lucerne | 80% - 100% | from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Guidance, support, assistance and promotion of employees with predominantly psychological disabilities
- Operational and professional assurance of the economic order in the technical assembly area as well as development of creative products for sale involving the clients
- Efficient, solution-oriented and timely order processing and maintenance of successful cooperation with our clients
- Design and organisation of work processes according to Lean Management
- Administrative tasks and mutual representation of workload partners
Your profile
- Completed training in a craft or creative field with several years of professional experience
- Ideally experience in supporting people with psychological disabilities
- Training as a work educator or social pedagogue desired
- Innovative personality with joy in shaping the department with new ideas in a future-oriented way
- Empathetic interaction with people with disabilities
- Organisational flair, initiative, can-do attitude as well as high independence
- Good German and Microsoft 365 skills are required
