How you contribute to health
- Psychotherapeutic support and assistance for SWICA-insured patients using online self-help programmes, digital aftercare offerings following inpatient stays, and digital coaching programmes for depression
- Individual and needs-oriented implementation of therapeutic interventions via video, telephone, chat, and written feedback
- Participation in the design and further development of innovative therapy offerings for mental and psychosomatic illnesses
- Involvement in projects to sustainably improve mental health care
- Close interprofessional collaboration with professionals from psychology, medicine, and nursing
- Ensuring and further developing high treatment quality through active participation in intervisions, supervisions, and quality initiatives
What sets you apart
- Master’s degree in psychology
- Advanced training as a psychotherapist (at least 150 hours of theory and 75 hours of self-experience, including a completed clinical year in a recognised A or B clinic)
- Enjoyment of innovative technologies and digital treatment methods
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and appreciative personality
- High quality awareness as well as responsible and independent working style
- Willingness to work at least 60% with availability on Monday, Friday, and Wednesday morning
- Very good German and English skills are required; French or Italian skills are an advantage
