For our location in Winterthur, we are looking for you: a committed and experienced project manager for acquisition, who passionately advises and manages exciting large-scale projects in timber construction. With strategic thinking and a solution-oriented approach, you support the on-site setup while also bringing your interest in digitalization and modern technologies. Become part of our team and take on a central role in acquisition and development to successfully implement our visions.
Your area of responsibility
- You take responsibility for our timber construction projects in the acquisition phase and shape their development from the very beginning
- In interdisciplinary teams, you work closely with specialists and planners to find the best possible solutions together
- You strategically apply your timber construction expertise in all phases of acquisition
- You manage internal project teams and accompany them through the entire process
- You calculate timber construction projects and create the economic basis for their success
Your profile
- You are a timber construction foreman or timber construction technician
- You have several years of experience as a project manager in timber or high-rise construction, ideally in a larger company
- You impress with your communicative and engaging manner
- You enjoy direct contact with clients and it motivates you daily
- As a team player, you act empathetically and support constructive collaboration
