The Schlössli residential area offers accommodation for up to 23 adults with or without mental illnesses. To strengthen our day team, we are looking from August 2026 for a curious and cheerful person who is eager to become part of a lively residential daily life.
Tasks to be done
- Everyday support and promotion of people with psychological and partly cognitive impairments
- Practical everyday and leisure support
- Key worker duties and support planning
- Responsible and independent working
- Administrative tasks that belong to professional care
What we expect from you
- Completed specialised training in social pedagogy or as a care professional (desirable)
- Professional experience in a similar environment
- Mental resilience, independence and a sense of humour
- Driving licence category B (if available)
