To complete our team of the Technical Service at the Industrial Services Centre in Biasca, we are looking for a
Maintenance Technician (100%)
Profile:
The maintenance technician ensures, in compliance with current directives and according to specific needs, the correct and timely execution of assigned activities related to preventive and/or corrective maintenance, carrying out partial or total modification and adaptation of the relevant systems and/or structures.
The main tasks will be:
- Correctly and punctually perform, according to the instructions of the direct supervisor, preventive and/or corrective maintenance, ordinary and/or extraordinary, as well as new installations or modifications of parts thereof, ensuring availability to handle activities not strictly related to their training (all-rounder)
- Ensure, in compliance with internal directives and in accordance with legislation, the timely and systematic supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and related administrative tasks
- Collaborate in the efficient management of the warehouse and/or spare parts of equipment or specific systems
- Be proactive in identifying and proposing new objectives for the continuous improvement of the service
- Identify with the values and mission of EOC
- Have strong organisational skills, work towards objectives and be results-oriented, skilfully managing operational processes
- Establish effective and constructive relationships with colleagues, internal and external clients
- Be flexible and available
Necessary requirements:
- AFC diploma as an electrotechnician, or as an automation operator
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and at least one other national language (German desirable)
- Possess solid technical and plant knowledge beyond their own training
- Experience in fault finding in automation and ease in reading electrical diagrams
- Desirable manual skills, including mechanical and hydraulic repairs
- Availability to work outside normal hours and to be on call
- Experience in building maintenance
Preferred requirements:
- Authorisation "Maintenance Work" (Art. 15 OIBT)
- Specialist Diploma in Maintenance
