About the job
Your new role
A well-maintained, clean and properly functioning sports facility is the best calling card.
As a Technical Staff Member, you are part of a seven-person team and contribute together to the smooth operation of the facilities. You are also an important contact person for the various sports clubs.
In this versatile role, you are responsible for cleaning, maintenance and care work inside and outside the sports facilities. Your tasks include general caretaker duties, regular inspection rounds, as well as carrying out transport and logistics tasks. In addition, you independently perform minor repairs, thus contributing to the smooth operation of the facilities. You also support the organisation and supervision of training and match operations and actively participate in the preparation, execution and accompaniment of events. Thanks to your flexibility, you take on further varied tasks as needed and make an important contribution to a safe, well-kept and attractive environment for athletes, clubs and visitors.
This position is for you if you
- have successfully completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or as a caretaker EFZ.
- enjoy working in a team, taking responsibility and working together with others.
- take pleasure in a varied activity in a sporty and lively environment.

- convince through your structured, independent and reliable way of working and possess organisational skills.
- bring a strong customer and service orientation.

- are willing to work in shifts (early and late shifts) as well as regularly on weekends.
- have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- ideally hold a category B driving licence.
