The adult women and men in Schwarzenbach live together in a large detached house. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a varied daily programme with occupational activities, work in the studio and various therapy offers.
We are looking for the two residential groups at our decentralised location in Schwarzenbach near Wil by arrangement for a / an
Health Specialist or Certified Nursing Specialist HF for on-call duty
(approx. 20% workload)
Tasks
- House responsibility during the night 21:00-07:00
- Participation in the evening shift from 5 pm
- Resource-oriented promotion, support and care of the residents
- Maintaining the electronic documentation Redline
- Cooperation with relatives, doctors and other professionals
- Tasks in administration and group household
Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist or Certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Sense of responsibility, social skills and empathy
- Organisational and administrative skills and good IT knowledge
- High commitment, flexibility and resilience
