For our office in Basel in the field of healthcare and laboratory construction we are looking for you as a Construction Manager HVAC (m/f/d) for the New Building Department of Biomedicine (DBM) project. In a central location in Basel, Implenia is realizing an eight-story laboratory building as a general contractor on the Life Science Campus for the medical future and future teaching for around 900 employees and 200 students. What you will do
- responsible for the construction management of all HVAC and steam installations in laboratory construction
- Lead the on-site construction management for building technology
- Procurement and review of plans at the start of execution
- Participation in negotiations with contractors and suppliers
- Leadership / coordination of subcontractors for building technology
- Technical guidance of fitters, installers and apprentices
- Quality control of ongoing construction execution including documentation
- Creation of the construction journal and taking minutes

- Completed training in the field of HVAC
- Experience as a construction manager HVAC on larger construction sites or experience as a construction manager in the execution of building technology projects
- Team-oriented, cooperative personality, able to take responsibility
- Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting deadlines and costs
