Portfolio Manager Infrastructure / Private Markets (m/f/d)

Your Area of Responsibility

• Building and co-responsibility for the infrastructure equity portfolios (Private Markets) of the company’s own balance sheet assets within the defined investment strategy
• Identification, analysis and selection of infrastructure funds as well as conducting due diligence
• Preparation of investment decisions including the creation of investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
• Ongoing monitoring of the portfolio
• Maintenance and further development of relationships with fund managers
• Analysis of market, industry and portfolio trends as well as deriving recommendations for action
• Main contact person for the external fund management of the single investor fund and support in administrative tasks
• Active participation in the further development of processes, reporting, data analyses and quantitative evaluations in portfolio management
• Support of the entire portfolio management team in analyses and projects in the asset classes equities, fixed income and multi-asset

Your Experience

• Completed university degree or university of applied sciences in finance
• Further education (completed or started) in portfolio management or financial analysis (CFA, CAIA or equivalent)
• Professional experience in institutional asset management, private markets, infrastructure, private equity or investment consulting
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data and models
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel/VBA and preferably Python (or similar) for analysis and modelling (quant skills)
• Communicative personality with enjoyment in exchanging with internal and external stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
