Project Manager Public Transport Ordering Procedure

The Office for Energy and Transport is the cantonal centre of expertise for questions in the areas of energy and public transport. In the field of public transport, we are responsible for the strategic planning and mutual coordination of all public transport in the canton of Graubünden. We coordinate public transport by rail and bus and take the lead in planning, designing and implementing projects for a future-oriented public transport system. Good connections to the national and international rail network as well as regular and frequent services in regional and commuter traffic are of central importance for maintaining and further developing the living, tourism and economic area of Graubünden.
We are looking for a Project Manager Public Transport Ordering Procedure for the Office for Energy and Transport from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
- Implementation of the ordering procedure for regional public transport (RPV) for road transport services in the canton of Graubünden
- Conducting tenders and responsibility for concluding target agreements with transport companies
- Technical assessment of operating material applications according to ARPV
- Technical assessment of funding applications
- Support of tariff associations in the canton of Graubünden
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or transport planning
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, negotiation skills and tact in dealing with transport companies, authorities and associations
- Experience in independently handling conceptual issues
- Several years of professional experience in the field of public transport is an advantage
- Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
