Your Tasks and Perspectives
- You will complete your training in the specialization "Junior Chef de Rang", "Junior Barista Chef" or "Junior Sommelier"
- You set tables and ensure a pleasant ambiance
- You advise our guests on the selection of food and drinks in the numerous restaurants
- Welcoming guests as well as serving and assisting at banquets and events are also part of your daily work
- You order goods, create invoices, and participate in inventory management
- You observe guests attentively and recognize their needs
- You learn to prepare simple dishes
What You Bring to This Position
- You have successfully completed compulsory schooling and can communicate in English and French
- You are in direct contact with our guests, so a neat appearance, appropriate communication, and good manners are a must
- You have a feel for people and it is important to you to advise guests competently and friendly
- You like being on your feet and moving around, as you often work standing up
- Busy situations are no problem for you because you are resilient and like to organize
- Evening or weekend shifts are not a problem for you
