Who are we?
The Cantonal Tax Service (CTS) carries out the assessment and collection of cantonal taxes and the federal direct tax for individuals and legal entities. For the latter, it also collects the church tax. The CTS assumes, under contractual mandate from numerous municipalities and parishes, the collection of their taxes.
The dematerialisation unit provides digitised tax returns with the attached compliant documents, in a timely manner so that the tax assessors can carry out the taxation.
