You are part of a rapidly growing team in the innovative potential market of hydrogen fuel cell components as well as HVAC applications. Our customers are globally operating OEMs and 1st Tier suppliers, as well as universities and startups in the automotive, HD truck, rail, stationary, bus, marine, and HVAC sectors. Beyond business development and managing the existing customer base, you will jointly define new market potentials with management and consistently develop them. Project planning, costing, and project management additionally challenge you as an all-rounder. You work closely with engineering/production and report directly to the Sales Managing Director.

• You have a business degree, commercial training with relevant professional experience, or are an engineer with further training in sales
• Good technical understanding is required for our demanding product portfolio
• Professional experience as a Key Account Manager in the global automotive environment is desirable
• Experience with series development projects
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential
• MS Office, SAP, CRM knowledge is desirable
• Experience in the HVAC sector is an advantage
• Your customer- and solution-oriented, team-oriented, assertive, flexible, and independent manner completes your profile
