Grisons Pension Fund (CPGR) | 80-100 % | Chur
Among our insured are, among others, employees of the Canton of Grisons, public law institutions, municipalities, schools, and institutions in the health and social sectors. This variety makes our work dynamic and presents us daily with interesting and challenging questions.
For 1 October 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a motivated, service-oriented person for our pension team as a pension specialist.
In this varied role, you will act as a point of contact for our insured persons as well as for affiliated employers. Through competent and solution-oriented advice, you contribute to the first impression of the CPGR.
- Management of the portal for insured persons and employers "myPKGR"
- Processing of monthly salary interfaces
- Processing incoming and outgoing payments (entry and exit benefits, buybacks, early withdrawals, and pledges within the scope of the occupational pension scheme)
- Execution of occupational pension adjustments in case of divorce as well as handling beneficiary and cohabitation declarations
- Support in managing benefit cases in collaboration with our reinsurance
- Planning and conducting visits to employers, information meetings, presentations, and webinars
- Active participation in projects, development of our processes, and digitalisation
- Professional experience and further training in occupational pensions (pension specialist for personnel with a federal professional certificate)
- Enjoy analysing complex issues and developing practical solutions
- Independent, structured, and responsible working method as well as the ability to think analytically and interdisciplinarily
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Self-confidence and enjoyment in representing the CPGR during employer visits, information meetings, presentations, and webinars
- Knowledge of our management system SwissPension is an advantage
- Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating openly and respectfully, with streamlined decision-making processes
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
