Your tasks in detail
- Managing property accounts, including reconciliation and allocation tasks
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Pre-checks for heating and operating cost statements
- Preparing client-specific reports
- Supporting and collaborating with the property management teams
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting
- Training as an accounting clerk is a plus
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of French
- You are solution-oriented and tackle challenging tasks promptly
- Your work style is independent and precise
