Apprenticeship as ICT Specialist EFZ

The IT Services Department of PH Zurich is responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of IT and multimedia infrastructure, cloud services and all related processes. We are an innovative and humorous team of 20 people including 3 apprentices, providing staff and students with a contemporary, flexible, uniform and powerful IT overall solution based on Microsoft 365.

Are you passionate about technology and want to expand your network? Then you are in the right place! From 9 August 2027 we offer an exciting training position in the versatile world of ICT support.

• You install, configure and test operating systems as well as standard and custom software
• Our customers rely on your support in case of failures, malfunctions and questions regarding audio/visual equipment in our seminar rooms
• You actively assist with tasks in the IT Services Department
• You analyse and describe problems effortlessly and develop solutions which you explain to the customers
• You receive enquiries via email, ticket system, telephone or directly at the counter and answer them competently

• Preferably secondary school B with good grades in mathematics, German and English (grade average of at least 4.5)
• You convince us with your Multicheck for the profession ICT Specialist EFZ
• You are enthusiastic about IT and have a good technical understanding
• Your good manners and helpful personality impress us
• You are open, curious, communicative and enjoy interacting with people
