We create living spaces for people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support affected individuals in leading a meaningful life for them.
At our locations in Münsterlingen, Tägerwilen, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, Bürglen and Güttingen, we offer diverse opportunities for living and working. These include around 170 residential places – from intensive living to supported living – as well as varied workplaces in the nursery, production, carpentry, maintenance, administration and various studios. Services are provided, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured. In this way, we create individual solutions for different life situations and needs.
Our nursery combines the areas of garden maintenance, floristry and vegetable cultivation under one roof. Together, they accompany over 100 IV pensioners and patients from the psychiatric clinic in the work process. Due to a retirement, we look forward to welcoming a committed person to our floristry team.

What distinguishes you
- Training as an ornamental plant gardener EFZ
Further training as a work educator or experience in the field of work education desirable
- Enjoyment of working with people with impairments
- Driving licence category B
