Field of Responsibilities
During your apprenticeship, you will work in one of the seven districts of the Lower Construction Office of Graubünden.
As an AFQ car specialist, you are the person responsible for maintaining and repairing various vehicles, such as passenger cars and team vehicles, trucks, and forklifts. Independently, you perform general service and repair work on the vehicles. You know how to file, grind, weld, cut, mill, and drill. You change oil, replace winter tires, perform maintenance work on lighting, air conditioning systems, ventilation, heating, and injection systems. You can read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and plans of electrical systems. In the vehicle electronics sector, you perform simpler repairs.
