For the Neuchâtel region, La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for an intern in construction management at the end of their master's degree for a duration of 5 to 8 months starting in November 2025 (date to be agreed).

Responsibilities:

• Accompanied by our experts, you will have technical, administrative, and financial responsibilities for your site.
• Thus, you will need to ensure planning, organization, and probably management of teams and subcontracting partners.
• You will manage, with a certain degree of autonomy, compliance with safety rules as well as the quality of the work provided.
• For the administrative management of the site, you will discover calculations, offers, and you will inform us of possible optimizations.
• You will need to establish quotes, yield calculations, and ensure monthly delimitations, as well as client and supplier invoicing and accounting follow-up.
• After a few months, you will have gained a very good first experience that will help you better understand the realization of a large project!

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's degree obtained, you are in your final year of Master's degreeCivil Engineering.
• Be interested in executing large-scale projects in the building sector.
• You are mobile to travel to the sites.
• You have a perfect command of French; English or German would be an asset.
