What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dynamic professional as a Polymechanic (m/f/d) specialising in manufacturing turning (100%). In this exciting position, you will take responsibility for the precise setup and operation of state-of-the-art turning machining centres. You bring new parts to life, refine existing NC programmes and clamping devices, and are a key driver of innovation in the continuous optimisation of production processes. With your technical expertise, you ensure that all key performance indicators are met, perform professional standard maintenance, and apply your manual skills to a variety of mechanical tasks.

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic

• Several years of practical experience in the industry

• In-depth expertise in mechanical machining

• Confident handling of Siemens and Heidenhain controls

• Programming knowledge with TopSolid is a valuable plus

• Initiative, precision, and a strong quality awareness

• Strong team and communication skills

• Very good German language skills (at least B1)

• High commitment even in demanding situations
