Job Description
To expand our team in Zurich, we are looking for a (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) who enjoys managing complex building construction projects in the commercial sector and likes to work in an international environment:
- As part of a project team, you advise our renowned and international clients on the successful realization of complex new construction and renovation projects of office and commercial buildings.
- You manage projects of varying sizes and complexity, keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality, and independently take on (partial) project management tasks.
- To optimize project results, you ensure, among other things, the establishment of effective project control, advise and control project financing, and implement and carry out the change and claims management process.
- Together with your team, you develop optimal and individual solutions for and with our clients in accordance with procurement, construction contract, and fee law.
- As a contact person and advisor, you promote good and structured communication with the client's internal departments and external planning teams.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed your real estate-related or technical studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or similar.
- You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management or project control of complex building construction projects.
- A confident handling of MS Office and MS Project is a matter of course for you.
- You are characterized by a quick grasp and the ability to think analytically and in a networked manner.
- You bring excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English and enjoy working in multicultural teams.
