Strategic Business Development Manager: 100%- Active market cultivation and acquisition of strategic new customers in the Swiss market
- Identification and approach of decision-makers at executive and C-level as well as building sustainable customer relationships
- Independent management of complex sales processes – from initial contact to contract conclusion
- Development and implementation of acquisition strategies as well as building a sustainable sales funnel
- Close collaboration with internal departments to develop customised offers
- Building and maintaining a reliable network as well as representing ISS at relevant industry and networking events
- Ongoing market and competitor monitoring as well as structured maintenance of your sales activities in the CRM
- Completed degree or comparable business administration training, ideally supplemented by further training in sales or an (E)MBA
- Several years (at least 10 years) of experience in demanding B2B sales with a focus on acquiring strategic new customers
- Proven success in independently acquiring major customers as well as building and closing complex sales pipelines
- Experience with complex C-level decision-making processes, stakeholder management and developing convincing business cases
- Entrepreneurial personality with strong closing skills, high initiative as well as confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Fluent German and English skills, confident use of Swiss German, French is a plus
