T&N offers tailor-made ICT solutions for business environments. Owned by its proprietor, T&N was founded in 1996 and today employs 180 people across twelve sites in Switzerland and Austria and is part of the WTG group.
Role Objective
The objective of this role is to structurally develop New Business in French-speaking Switzerland through active market prospecting and a solution-oriented sales approach focused on modern ICT environments.
The role directly contributes to strengthening our regional presence and acquiring new sustainable growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
New client acquisition & market development
- Identification and acquisition of new clients in the assigned region
- Conducting presentations, pitches, and workshops at client sites or during trade fairs and professional events
- Representing T&N as a solutions provider creating Business Value – not selling isolated products
- Building and managing a qualified, results-oriented pipeline
- Proactive and structured approach to open new market segments
Solution competence & portfolio
- Promotion of the full T&N portfolio:
UC/CC, Network, IT Security, Managed Workplaces, Cloud & Data Center
- Ability to explain technical, financial, and strategic topics clearly and convincingly
- Advising clients in their transition to modern operational models (Cloud / Hybrid)
- Knowledge of market trends, technologies, and client needs
Profile sought
Professional experience
- Several years of B2B sales experience in the ICT environment; UC/CC knowledge is an asset
- Proven success in acquiring and developing new clients
- Confirmed experience in solution sales rather than product sales
Technical & commercial skills
- Very good understanding of the T&N portfolio and its value proposition
- Comfortable communicating with both technical contacts and high-level decision-makers
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience managing complex and cross-functional sales cycles
- Proficiency with CRM tools as well as pipeline/forecast management
Personal skills
- Agile, dynamic personality oriented towards continuous learning
- Strong customer orientation and taste for solution-oriented dialogue
- High adaptability and market trend awareness
- Clear, empathetic, and professional communication – both internally and externally
- Team spirit, collaborative and network-oriented
- Languages: French (must), English (desired), German (advantage)
