To strengthen our team, we are seeking a committed, sales-strong, and service-oriented personality who passionately manages and develops our seminar and event area.
Job Description
- Receiving and professionally processing seminar and event enquiries
- Creating offers, contracts, and reservation confirmations
- Competent customer advice – in person on site, by phone, and by e-mail
- Active support of our seminar and event guests as the central contact person
- Independent management and coordination of events
- Preparation of seminar rooms as well as setting up and clearing coffee breaks
- Support in acquiring MICE customers in the local market
- Conducting house tours
- Market observation and proactive identification of sales opportunities
Qualifications
- A completed training in hospitality (gastronomy)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential
- Strong organisational skills and independent working style
- Confident, professional appearance
- High quality awareness as well as a pronounced guest and service orientation
