What you achieve

• You take care of ensuring comprehensive, individual, and holistic care and nursing of our clients
• You ensure timely and competent processing of medical documents and ensure a clear and smooth flow of information within the team as well as with other specialist areas.
• You empathetically advise clients and their relatives, organize yourself independently, and remain calm and composed even in stressful situations. 
   

What you bring

• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the Spitex sector
• You enjoy working independently and conscientiously and have a pronounced quality awareness and a networked way of thinking
• You are a strong team player who quickly gains access to clients and relatives through your open, communicative, and empathetic manner
• You have a category B driving license, which you also like to use
