tasks

• you are responsible for the support and further development of customers
• in addition, you install and support IT solutions
• furthermore, you carry out maintenance and support the service desk
• participation in IT projects rounds off your demanding area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as an IT specialist
• professional experience in the areas of Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, HP, Lenovo, Citrix, VMware, Sophos and/or WatchGuard is important
• good English skills are an advantage but not a requirement
