- Certified Assistance in Care and Support (ASA) or Nursing Assistant (or equivalent title) with Red Cross recognition for a foreign diploma;
- Desired experience;
- Proficiency with common computer tools;
- Knowledge of Carefolio and RAI tool;
- Good communication, listening, and empathy skills;
- Sense of interdisciplinary teamwork;
- Good oral and written knowledge of French
- Provide appropriate and quality care to an elderly population based on their resources;
- Engage in an interdisciplinary team to advocate for optimal individualized care;
- Promote comprehensive and daily support for care beneficiaries;
- Demonstrate a respectful attitude towards professional ethics
- The opportunity to work proactively and independently in a small team;
- Salary and vacation according to the Fribourg State scale;
- Start date immediately or by agreement
