For our long-standing client, we are seeking an experienced and committed individual as a Fiduciary Mandate Manager (80-100%). In this versatile role, you will take independent responsibility for managing a demanding, partly international client portfolio and act as a competent contact person for your clients in all fiduciary and business management matters.
- Management of financial and payroll accounting
- Preparation of annual financial statements according to OR
- Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Advice in the areas of accounting, taxes, as well as corporate and succession planning
- Support with company formations, restructurings, and other fiduciary matters
- Contact person for clients, authorities, and external partners
- At least five years of professional experience in fiduciary services
- Solid experience in managing international clients
- Very good German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Residence in the region

Profile
- Completed training as a fiduciary expert or currently in training, alternatively qualification as a fiduciary with a federal professional certificate- At least five years of professional experience in fiduciary services
