Interested in an exciting position in the "On-site" team - starting immediately or by arrangement?
The core of your work lies in care and support under guidance. You accompany the residents in their individual daily structure and share responsibility for a clean and homely atmosphere in the department. You will be supported by an open, interdisciplinary team.
With your open, straightforward, and empathetic nature and your life experience, you easily connect with the residents and build trust. We expect your willingness to learn about the psychiatric field, acquire new skills, and complete the SRK care assistant course.
Independence, responsibility, team spirit, and good German skills are a big plus. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere with a touch of humor, lives our values, and shares and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and vibrancy at Schlogari.
