Case-leading nursing specialist in hometreatment 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Treatment of acute psychiatric patients in hometreatment within an interdisciplinary team
- Implementation of psychiatric and health-promoting interventions.
- Taking on on-call duties
- Handling patient-related administrative tasks
- Close cooperation with external institutions and the patients' environment
Your profile
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Driver's license (category B)
- Confident language and PC skills
- Open, flexible, and independent personality with high social competence
