Team Leader Quality Space 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility as the central contact person for customers in all matters of quality assurance and requirements

• Translation of customer requirements into concrete quality specifications for products, components, parts and services

• Participation in risk management by conducting project risk assessments as well as creating design and process FMEAs

• Organisation and execution of all quality-relevant project activities, including validation concepts, process flows, process documentation, control plans and inspection plans for incoming goods, inline inspection and final inspection

• Execution of internal release processes for end products according to PPAP and FAI standards

• Examination, analysis and categorisation of quality deviations in own production and at suppliers

• Leadership and coordination of 8D problem-solving teams as well as close coordination with the areas of change management, complaint handling and order processing

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Q Space team with Quality Engineers and Product Assurance Managers

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed technical education (FH / TS) as well as further training as a quality engineer

• Methodical expertise in FMEA, process capability studies, validation planning, MSA and 8D methodology

• Profound technical understanding of manufacturing processes in the high-end industry

• Comprehensive knowledge in metrology

• Solid experience with the standards ISO 9001 or EN 9100

• Fluent communication in German and English at business level

• Willingness to actively listen and promote an open feedback culture within the team
