Residence Coordinator (m/f/d) 100% from December 1, 2025, or by arrangement
In this exciting role, you will be jointly responsible with the Residence Manager for the care of our international tenants – from the first contact to the stay on-site and follow-up care. You will ensure that our exclusive residences are managed and marketed at the highest level.
This is what you can expect from us:
- Personal and professional support for our tenants and interested parties
- Organization of apartment handovers and takeovers including inventory protocols
- Daily business correspondence in German and English
- Coordination with internal and external service providers (technology, cleaning, craftsmen, etc.)
- Assistance in renting, creating offers, and planning viewings
- Maintenance of booking portals and participation in the reservation system
- Support in invoicing and monthly closings
- Minutes of management meetings
- Deputizing for the Residence Manager in their absence
This is what we expect from you:
- Completed training in the hotel or real estate industry
- Organizational talent with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Discreet, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality
- Confident appearance and enjoyment of personal guest contact
- Knowledge of MS Office and experience with booking systems is an advantage
