Your mission
- The day manager supports, advises and accompanies employees by phone on nursing and organisational issues.
- They take care of the admission and entry of clients, correspond with doctors and external service providers, and support the administrative processing of daily business.
- They coordinate changes to the deployment plan in the absence of the planning staff.
- They process SPF/emails and are the central contact person for all employees with questions.
- They review issues related to service adjustments.
- During open time slots, they support case management and, if necessary, clarify new admissions.
The day manager is not scheduled for field service.
