Your tasks
As a member of the pathology secretariat, your main task is to record incoming shipments and independently handle all writing and office tasks arising in the secretariat, as well as writing reports from dictation. Additionally, you handle the triage of telephone, fax, and emails. As an upbeat and flexible personality, you support daily workflows as well as the doctors and the laboratory.
What you bring
Preferably, you have training as a medical secretary and are familiar with medical terminology. You have excellent German and French skills, both spoken and written. If you enjoy working with a PC and are used to writing tasks, then you are exactly right with us.
You like precise work, always prioritize customer satisfaction, keep a clear head even in hectic moments, and have a positive and motivating attitude when working with your colleagues. A quick grasp rounds off your profile.
