You support residents in daily living activities while respecting their individual pace. You promote their social integration within the establishment and collaborate with families and close contacts to maintain a quality partnership.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and encourage their autonomy,
- Contribute to the support plan and provide assistance, support, and recreational services,
- Ensure well-being, posture, comfort, and pressure sore prevention,
- Promote social integration within the establishment and externally,
- Reliably report observations,
- Adhere to hygiene standards and best practices,
- Participate in continuous improvement and suggest optimisation measures,
- Organise work according to planning and maintain a clean and safe environment,
- Collaborate with families and positively represent the establishment,
- Ensure smooth communication within the team
Desired profile
- Ideally some initial experience in supporting people
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and listening
- Team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Observational skills, organisation, and reliability
- Proficiency in spoken and written French required
