We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative M/F based in LAUSANNE.
Job Description
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you are responsible for advising and offering our equipment rental solutions to clients, while coordinating the commercial administrative tasks related to the activity.
Your main tasks will be to:
Advise and satisfy customers by responding to their needs
- Welcome customers (at the counter or by phone), detect and assess their needs, advise them in choosing equipment,
- Negotiate and defend rental prices and associated services,
- Prepare commercial offers and rental contracts according to customer requests and commercial and pricing policies,
- Participate in commercial prospecting and customer loyalty actions.
Manage commercial administration
- Verify and record orders using the appropriate software,
- Collect customer feedback on the rental service,
- Check billing data,
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes and payments (customer disputes).
Coordinate the technical and logistical activities of the branch
- Communicate commercial priorities to the workshop,
- Depending on the branch organization, ensure scheduling of rounds and liaise with the driver.
Qualifications
You have a commercial education (Bac+2) and have experience in sales and customer contact, ideally in a technical environment.
Your interpersonal skills, sense of service, administrative rigor, and commitment will enable you to succeed in your mission.
