Job Description
For our location in Frick we are looking for a field sales representative as soon as possible:
Your tasks:
- Expand service business: You drive the growth of the service business in your region, with a special focus on concluding maintenance contracts and selling contract-based services.
- Acquire new customers: Through targeted acquisition actions, you convince new crane operators in Switzerland of our services.
- Customer care: You are the direct contact person for our customers, advise them individually, and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct needs analyses: You specifically identify the needs of our customers and develop tailored solutions.
- Create offers: You convincingly present our range of services, prepare detailed offers, and conduct successful contract negotiations through to completion.
Your profile:
- Education: Completed technical or commercial training or a degree, ideally in mechanical engineering.
- Personality: High persuasiveness and negotiation skills, combined with flexibility, willingness to travel, ability to work at heights, and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience: Initial sales experience in selling technically complex products as well as experience in competent customer consulting.
- Expertise: Solid commercial knowledge combined with technical understanding to act as a competent contact person for technical questions.
- IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems as well as safe and efficient use of software tools.
- Language skills: Fluent German and French
