Fiduciary / Mandate Manager Fiduciary (Deputy Management), Part-Time 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You independently manage fiduciary mandates and represent the company owner in their absence
• In doing so, you handle client accounting including the preparation of financial statements and prepare VAT returns
• Furthermore, you represent clients in dealings with authorities and advise them on legal and business management issues, e.g. company formations, liquidations, as well as the purchase and sale of companies
• The preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons rounds off your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 60 and 80%

Requirements

• You bring several years of professional experience in fiduciary services, ideally complemented by further training as a fiduciary FA / fiduciary FA (or you are on the way to this)
• Passionate support of corporate clients and private individuals is a matter of course for you
• You are also familiar with payroll and social security matters
• Do you also describe yourself as committed, sociable and cooperative?
