Tasks and qualifications:
Your tasks
Acceptance of telephone and written repair orders from customers and internal departments
Scheduling of service technicians
Appointment arrangements and coordination between customer and technician
Monitoring the timely execution of assignments or informing the customer in case of delays
Planning of service work and partial procurement of required materials by internal departments
Timely report processing in SAP
Handling complaints (preparing invoices, reports)
Your profile
Completed technical training with commercial further education or completed commercial training
Professional experience in a comparable position (dispatching service technicians) is an advantage
Communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German skills and business fluent French skills
Good MS Office user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Teamwork, resilience, organizational talent
Solution-oriented, independent and responsible working style
