tasks

• you calculate the costs as well as the economic efficiency of complex construction projects
• you are also responsible for cost determination and cost management
• you prepare cost calculations and construction specifications and identify cost-critical issues early
• in addition, you optimise the projects and take over cost controlling
• you quantify and evaluate the tenders
• you apply your tact in negotiations with contractors
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 40 and 60%

requirements

• you have a degree as an architect or construction manager / technician, architectural draughtsperson or have further training in construction trades
