This position combines site management responsibility and operational activity: you are both conductor and experienced installer-electrician. Mission
- As a Site Manager in general electrical installations, you ensure the complete management of construction sites while actively participating in the work. Your main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate work on the site
- Manage and interpret electrical installation plans and diagrams
- Distribute tasks, supervise and coordinate a team of up to 6 to 8 people
- Work yourself on electrical installations, as an experienced installer
- Assume responsibility for deadlines, execution quality, and compliance with standards
- Order materials, anticipate needs and manage supplies
- Be the on-site contact for the client and other stakeholders
- Ensure proper site maintenance (order, cleanliness, safety)
- Manage priorities and emergencies, and make necessary decisions for smooth progress of the work
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as installer-electrician or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general electrical installations
- Experience in site management and team supervision
- Site manager diploma, an asset
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ease in client contact and field communication
- Passion for well-done, clean, and structured work
- Respect for commitments, people, and rules
- Excellent prioritization and emergency management skills
