Your role is demanding and varied.

Prostheses, shoe insoles, hearing aids, medical treatments for children and adolescents, etc. – the IV offers a wide range of aids and measures to support people with health impairments.

You manage and process your clients’ files from registration to benefit determination. You obtain the necessary documents and initiate the required investigations. Based on legal provisions, you determine the benefits and draft the decisions. Additionally, you handle objections, prepare rulings, and take on general administrative tasks. You are also available to our clients for telephone enquiries.

You convince us both professionally and personally.

For this demanding role, you bring a commercial education (profile E or M) or a medical education with commercial further training. You have also gained several years of professional experience in an administrative role. You possess a quick grasp and good verbal expression skills. You enjoy working in a team and are characterised by precise and efficient working methods.
