About the job
In our beautiful nursery in Horw, we are looking from 27 July 2026 to complement our team with a motivated, trained childcare specialist on an hourly basis. The assignment is expected to last until mid-September 2026.Our premises are flooded with light, nature-oriented and lovingly designed. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage with play and nature and develop optimally.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the group leader in the care and nurturing of the children
- The nature pedagogical promotion and accompaniment of the entrusted children
- Implementation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
- Implementation of weekly plans and projects
- Active participation in team meetings
What you ideally bring with you:
- A completed training as FABE child, educator or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Team player
- Flexible and innovative personality
- Initiative, creativity and flexibility
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- English skills are an advantage
